These focused 25-minute sessions are designed to reinforce corrective exercises, improve movement quality, and build strength around healthier mechanics. Each session builds on the findings from your Movement & Pain Assessment to address mobility restrictions, muscular imbalances, and movement limitations. By combining targeted corrective exercise with structured strength work, these sessions help restore efficient movement patterns while supporting long-term strength and resilience.
