About Danielle Hamlin
HI, I'M DANIELLE HAMLIN
I’m Danielle Hamlin, a licensed massage therapist, corrective exercise specialist, and personal trainer based in Plano, Texas. I help clients resolve musculoskeletal pain, improve posture, and restore proper movement through movement assessment, corrective exercise, strength training, and hands-on soft tissue treatment.
Many clients come to me after dealing with recurring pain that hasn’t improved with stretching, rest, or generic workouts. By evaluating movement patterns, joint mechanics, and muscular imbalances, I identify the underlying causes of pain and implement a targeted corrective strategy to address them.
My work focuses on helping people move better and build strength around proper movement patterns so they can train safely, reduce pain, and stay active long term.

MY PHILOSOPHY
Most movement-related pain develops gradually. Repetitive movement patterns, limited mobility, muscular imbalances, and past injuries can all change how the body distributes load during daily activity and exercise.
My approach focuses on restoring proper movement patterns before simply adding more intensity. When joints move well and muscles are contributing appropriately, the body can handle strength training and physical activity with far less strain.
By addressing mobility limitations, improving joint mechanics, and strengthening the right muscles at the right time, training becomes safer, more effective, and far more sustainable over the long term.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
I hold certifications in corrective exercise, massage therapy, biomechanics, and psychology. This background allows me to help clients address musculoskeletal pain, posture issues, and movement limitations through targeted corrective exercise, strength training, and hands-on soft tissue work.
