Service Description

In this completely FREE 1-hour fitness assessment you and I will review your current fitness level, discuss your personal fitness goals, discuss the best way to achieve those goals, create a realistic and personalized timeline to achieve your goals, quickly discuss weight training vs cardio concepts, and run through a quick ONE-ON-ONE WORKOUT to demonstrate the style of training you will receive if you sign up for monthly training.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to charge. To cancel and receive your session back, be sure to cancel via the app or click the email icon at the bottom of the page to send your notice before the 24 hour mark.
