Taking a myological approach to fitness, Danielle breaks down each exercise to best suit her client's anatomical profile, goals, and physical limitations. It's not enough to focus on arbitrary movements. There are thousands of ways to perform an exercise incorrectly, but there is only one correct way to perform an exercise according to YOUR body.
