The following program is a 4 day split, oxidative hypertrophy program. The 4 days are broken down in the following manner: • Quads, Shoulders, Calves • Lats, Hamstrings, Abs • Chest, Triceps, Calves • Upper Back, Biceps, Abs Each day is approximately 35 minutes worth of exercising. This does not include set up. The program does call for bands and dumbbells. The "Program Overview" section provides some purchasing options along with some weight and equipment alternatives if you do not wish to purchase equipment.
